There are 2 types of utility LOA forms approved by CPUC.

Online Account Management Usage Agreement

Online LOA Management Service
Consent to Share allows you to access online LOA management services specific to your 西班牙&E account(s) and/or the accounts of those Customers you are authorized to access.
